Making Malta proud! Clive Farrugia makes the final at the ISSF Qatar World Cup in the skeet event

Maltese skeet shooter, Clive Farrugia has made Malta incredibly proud after competing with the best in the world and reaching the ISSF World Cup final held in Doha Qatar.

After competing with the greatest skeet shooters in the world he placed sixth overall.

He first qualified with a score of 120/124 +4 shoot-off. As he placed sixth in the qualifying round, he made it all the way to the final, beating athletes from the United States, Italy and Germany, amongst others.  

During the final he finished sixth once again with a score 16/20, missing out on the podium but still walking out with an impressive achievement.

He now plans to qualify for the Olympic Games 2024 being held in Paris and things are sure looking positive.
