Local weather pages on social media are predicting that the unusually high temperatures that Malta and Gozo have been experiencing this October are finally set to drop in the coming days.

‘Temp Madwarna’ is reporting that “an extensive cold front from Northern Europe will continue to go down to the centre of the Mediterranean and temperatures will drop by around 5°C”.

In fact, the page is expecting the maximum temperature to drop down to 25°C on Thursday, 2nd November and the temperature will continue dropping down to 22°C to 23°C in the following days. Minimum temperatures are expected to go as low as 21°C to 16°C. On Friday, 3rd November the wind force will likely get stronger and there is even the possibility of rain.

'Temp Madwarna' is not the only weather station predicting such outcomes. ‘Aggornament ta’ Temp’ is also expecting unstable weather on Friday, saying that the highest temperature will reach 25°C while the lowest will reach 18°C.

The forecast of ‘Maltese Islands Weather’ is predicting a maximum temperature of 25°C and a minimum temperature of 20°C. However, the page is reporting that the minimum temperature on Friday will have a real feel of 17°C while the real feel minimum temperature will be 14°C on Saturday, 4th November.

Similarly, the meteorological office at the Malta International Airport, is predicting that on Saturday the minimum temperature can have a real feel as low as 16°C. They are also expecting Force six winds to hit the islands together with isolated showers on Saturday.
