Hugo started from very humble beginnings after leaving Malta for London at the tender age of 18.

He first got acquainted with the hospitality industry by serving as a dishwasher and, later on, as a water at a hotel in Sussex Gardens in Paddington.

After gaining sufficient insight and experience, Hugo returned to Malta with the intent of setting up his own business.
