Ah, TV personalities; you either love them or you hate them - but here on the island, it seems like most young members of the community love them! And here are the top six most loved local personalities, according to a new survey conducted by leading research company, Esprimi.

1. Keith Demicoli

The news anchor was a favourite among males of this age group, with a 14.1 per cent ranking.

2. Stephanie Spiteri

The TV presenter was a favourite among females of the same category. Stephanie boasted 13.2 per cent of the popular vote amongst this cohort.

3. Benjamin Camilleri

The model and presenter closely follow Stephanie Spiteri’s ranking with 11.8 per cent popularity among females.

4. Moira Delia

Moira Delia scored a 5.9 per cent rating among females aged 16-24, following Benjamin Camilleri’s ranking.

5. Peppi Azzopardi

Peppi Azzopardi followed Keith Demicoli’s ranking at 9.4 per cent popularity among males.

6. Andrea Cassar

Andrea Cassar was also a favourite among the male cohort, ranking at 4.7 per cent.

Esprimi Research Director Vanessa Bajada noted that for the first time, researchers and operators in the field could obtain a scientific view of their audiences which would be detailed down to their demographics, gender, socio-economic background and geography.
