Veal brains anyone?

GuideMeMalta.com

Ali Baba, a Lebanese restaurant in Gzira is hosting a dinner with a menu unlike anything you’ve ever seen before.

Appropriately titled, Hard Core, the menu features some items that many would definitely be sceptical of trying.

For one day only, on Wednesday, 10th April, you can have a chicken feet soup with veal brain.

As for your starter you can have a chicken heart dip or perhaps you’ll prefer some sauteed lamb kidneys instead?

You’ll even get the chance to try out an ox tongue cooked in beef tongue jus for your main course.

“We promise some surprises ….Not for the faint hearted”, the restaurant wrote on their social media.

Do you think you have what it takes to tackle this unique dinner?
