A total of 22 talented athletes from Malta are travelling to Berlin to compete at this year’s Special Olympics World Games.

The Maltese athletes will be competing across seven different sports disciplines from the 17th to 25th June.

During the last special Olympics organised in Abu Dhabi, Malta’s athletes won a number of gold, silver and bronze medals and we’re sure this year they’re bound to bring even more.

They will be competing against 7,000 athletes from around 170 countries.
