Feels like WHAT?! Malta to experience its hottest week so far
Time to slap on that sunscreen!

Jillian Mallia

It’s time to bring out all the sunscreen in the house and keep those sun hats at the ready, because Mother Nature is bringing the HEAT! According to weather site Malta Weather, the islands are set to experience their hottest week yet.

“Are you ready for Malta’s hottest week? This week is expected to be the hottest week so far this year across Malta and Gozo with temperatures expected to feel as hot as 33°C as a plume of hot air from northern Africa penetrates the central Mediterranean,” Malta Weather shared on social media.

In fact, the Met Office is forecasting mainly sunny weather for the entire week and UV marks of 9 and 10. Winds will be relatively low, too but breezy nonetheless. We’ll just have to add sunscreen, sunnies and a sun hat to our ‘before I leave the house’ checklist!

Good gracious! *Cranks up the AC*
