Every winter at sunset, White Wagtails gather in large numbers around Valletta’s historic streets, filling the air with their calls. This long-running annual event invites participants to join a guided walk to the city’s roosting sites, timed to coincide with the birds’ evening arrival. Taking place on 17 January, the experience combines nature, observation and learning, with engaging activities planned for both adults and children.
