Many societies have no words to translate ‘sacred’ or ‘profane’ and ultimately, just like the distinction between natural and supernatural, it is very much a product of human thought rather than a universally applicable criterion. How are sacred and profane perceived around the world? Where would you draw the line? This is explored in this photographic exhibition by Italian photographer and pilot Danilo Arata. The exhibition is open to the public from Monday to Friday from 8:30am – 7pm, Saturdays from 8:30am – 1:30pm.
