On 5th August, the Goldberg Ensemble, comprising a Choir, String Quartet, a Clarinettist and Pianist will present a programme of Wartime Songs hailing from various countries. All under the baton of Mro Michael Laus who will also accompany the singers on the piano. These include Lili Marleen, La vie en Rose; Glenn Miller's Moonlight Serenade and Vera Lynn's immortal We'll Meet Again, among  others.

A simple but effective form of theatrecraft, such as the use of follow-spots, authentic footage and sound effects would be used to create an appropriate atmospheric ambiance thus enabling the audience to emotionally respond to the music.
