On Friday 13th February, the eve of Valentine’s Day, Heritage Malta and Taste History invite you to a special evening exploring Maltese wedding traditions. Set in the atmospheric Inquisitor’s Palace in Birgu, the event traces the evolution of wedding food and drink through literary excerpts and historical sources. Guests will also sample flavours inspired by early 20th-century Maltese weddings, offering a sensory journey into love, ritual and tradition.
