The team at InterContinental, a luxury hotel in St. Julian’s, has truly captured the spirit of Christmas with their most recent social media post. After four months of meticulous work, they have unveiled an incredible Christmas letterbox sculpture crafted entirely from chocolate!

Led by Executive Pastry Chef Pierre Debono, the team crafted an intricate sculpture weighing an impressive 400kg and stands a towering four meters high, making it quite the sight to behold. It features a detailed scene with Santa Claus in his sleigh, pulled by reindeer, ready to deliver presents after collecting letters from the box. The sculpture also includes a remarkably realistic clock, a small train, and some snow-covered robins adding an extra touch of festive sweetness.

Well done to the entire team for all the hard work!
