The Minister for Gozo and Planning has revealed the exciting Gozo Easter 2025 programme, which will run from the 18th of March to the 20th of April, coinciding with Easter Sunday celebrations. This year’s theme, ‘Arts, Faith, and Tradition,’ aims to highlight the island’s rich cultural heritage and strong community values.
In collaboration with the Directorate for Cultural Heritage within the Ministry for Gozo and Planning, the local community has worked together to organise a dynamic programme featuring over 100 events. These activities will take place across Gozo, ensuring that the Easter period offers a variety of experiences for all visitors and locals alike.

Easter is a time for the community to come together and celebrate their faith, traditions, and culture. This programme will make Gozo the natural choice for both Maltese citizens and international visitors.
The event calendar includes a diverse range of activities such as processions, sacred functions, and cultural performances, all of which reflect the island’s commitment to preserving and passing on its heritage. The Gozitan community's devotion to faith and tradition is evident in these events, which play an important role in educating future generations.
