A magical ambiance and delicate cuisine overlooking the sea.

Discover Hilton’s Gazebo

Situated right on the water’s edge within the prestigious Portomaso development in St Julian’s, Hilton Malta overlooks breath-taking coastal views, celebrating the best of what the Maltese Islands have to offer.

Without a doubt, among the best of the islands’ offerings is the food, and nothing short of a memorable experience can be expected of the Hilton’s Gazebo Restaurant, an outdoor dining venue located near the hotel’s upper pools, overlooking the sea.

Flanked by fairy-lit olive trees, the ambiance is infused with Mediterranean charm, coupled with the flair one would expect from a trusted brand like Hilton Hotels & Resorts.

The menu features a curated selection of light bites and antipasti, focaccia, starters and salads for those who are looking for a light bite to eat, while the delectable pasta, fish and meat options are bound to tempt even the most ardent foodie.

Standout dishes include a Black Angus Beef Carpaccio, Soft Shell Crab Salad and Charred Octopus, and don’t even get us started about the dessert – we’ve got our eye on the Chocolate and Orange Tart… or maybe the Hazelnut Choux could be worth a try?

Whatever you choose, the Gazebo Restaurant is open daily for dinner between 7pm and 10pm, and you can book your table by calling on +21 383 383, and you can do so in confidence in these trying times, safe in the knowledge that social distancing guidelines and enhanced cleaning protocols are being followed to guarantee a safe and exceptional dining experience.
