It’s all happening on the 2nd and 3rd of December!

Although it might be a tad too early to start thinking about Christmas events, especially because the weather is still feeling super warm, planning the festive season is bound to bring some festive cheer which the weather is lacking!

Fort St Elmo is set to start the month of December with a bang as a Christmas experience will hit the Fort on Saturday 2nd December and Sunday 3rd December 2023. The main areas of the Fort will be transformed into a unique family-oriented Christmas village that will please both adults and children alike.

There will be numerous ways for children to be entertained including a ‘Meet and Greet’ with Santa. Children can also write and post letters to Santa and an interactive kids' area with several games and cooking sessions. Gifts will also be given to all attending children!

Fear not parents, there’s something for you too! Feel free to browse the several artisans’ stands and visit the crib exhibition while tasting traditional delicacies such as mulled wine, imbuljata, roasted chestnuts, date-filled pastries, and honey rings.

All this while listening to the choir singing Christmas carols including Maltese folk songs with a festive theme!

Christmas at the Fort is happening on Saturday 2nd December from 6 pm to 11 pm (last admission at 10.30 pm) and Sunday 3rd December from 10 am to 8 pm (last admission at 7.30 pm). Entrance is free!

Will you be attending Christmas at the Fort?
