We might be int the heart of summer but the local weather station, ‘Maltese Islands Weather’ has just issued a strong wind warning!

This warning is expected to hold from Saturday, 5th August till Monday 7th August…

The West Northwest to Northwest wind is predicted to be quite strong with the wind reaching Force six to seven on Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

“Some gusts may reach Force eight in the evening on Saturday”, Maltese Islands wrote.

Going for a swim or a relaxing boat ride might be close to impossible these coming three days as most beaches across the islands will be experiencing some very rough seas.

Fear not though, as summer should return back to normal on Tuesday, 8th August as the wind force is predicted to calm down completely.
