Heads up, drivers! Infrastructure Malta has announced that part of the Marsa-Hamrun bypass will be closed tonight and on Sunday during the day.

The northbound lanes of the bypass will be closed tonight from 8pm to 5.30am and on Sunday from 7am to 4pm as resurfacing works will be carried out “as part of the upgrading of this flyover and its slip roads.”

Drivers are urged to follow the diversion signs “down the flyover’s northbound off-slip to the roundabout beneath and up the on-slip in the same direction.”

You’ve been warned.
