Artistic admiration! US theatre producer Jordan Roth roams Malta and marvels at St John’s Co-Cathedral
The American theaterista seems to be taking his fill of Malta's wonders!

Described by Vogue as a ‘sartorial mic drop’, the American theatre producer Jordan Roth has whirled a storm through fashion world, turning up at the celebrated Met Gala as a ‘human fan’, all the while managing five Broadway theatres in New York, namely the St. James, Al Hirschfeld, August Wilson, Eugene O'Neill, and the Walter Kerr. His most recent stop? Malta!

Touring the island with his husband, Richie Jackson, the self-proclaimed ‘theaterista’ has been enjoying the beauty that Malta has to offer, sharing photos of the Cathedral in Mdina, Valletta’s streets, and even the Christmas lights at Fairyland!

A highlight of their trip was clearly that to St John’s Co-Cathedral in Valletta, with Jordan expressing his awe at several elements of the imposing edifice – from the cathedral’s ceiling telling the life story of St John the Baptist, to the Caravaggio canvases, to intricate angel-shaped door handles that he claims are ‘of [his] dreams’.

Hearing visitors speak of familiar landmarks with such reverence is a powerful reminder that, despite its small size, this island is rich with experiences waiting to be discovered!

Have you spotted Jordan Roth enjoying Malta's sights?
