Let the rain fall down!

It’s finally looking like winter is making its appearance here in Malta. According to the popular Facebook page, It-Temp Madwarna, it will be a stormy week with storms and thunderstorms emerging from North Africa, influencing today’s weather and Wednesday’s. A low-pressure system will enter the Mediterranean's centre on Thursday 21st.

Today is looking gloomy as ever and it seems like it will stay that way throughout the rest of the week, up until Thursday 21st. However, it looks like we’ll enjoy some sunshine during the weekend before Christmas as sunny weather is predicted for Friday, Saturday and Sunday!

According to Maltese Islands Weather, Malta is also set to experience some low temperatures this week, with the lowest real feel throughout the week set for 8°C. The highest real feel temperature will not go beyond 19°C this week.

The wind is also looking like it’s come out to play for the whole week with forces as high as 6-7 on Thursday and Friday.

So, while it might not be snowing, the last week before Christmas is definitely looking and feeling like winter.

Are you enjoying this rainy weather?
