Malta is doing incredibly well!

The Maltese football legend that is Haley Bugeja continues to make Malta incredibly proud with one impressive achievement after another.

She is currently the top scorer from all the women’s football teams across Europe playing in the prestigious UEFA's Nations League.

So far, Haley has scored a whopping total of eight goals, with her closest rival being Karlina Miksone from Latvia who has scored five goals. Haley is in a league of her own and is sitting comfortably at the top.

Three of those eight goals included a remarkable hat trick (three goals) against Andorra this week.

Overall, Malta’s national team is currently in fourth place, with only Spain, Ireland and Latvia having a higher ranking than them.

They have currently won every single game they played. Their next game will be against Moldova on the 1st December, 2023.

Well done to the Malta’s national team!
