Christmas festivities, concerts and other events are currently in full swing as we’re just a few days away from Christmas day!

In lieu of the current festive season, the National Archives took to social media to share a sweet photo of Christmas from 70 years ago.

The photo shows the Christmas play that was performed by the students of the Attard primary school all the way back in 1955.

The children can be seen in a variety of costumes as they act out the nativity as their parents watch.
