When December comes along, Malta's streets transform with lights and colours at night, as they are dressed for the festive season. Here are some of the prettiest lights we've come across sprinkled around Malta so far.
1. The huge, illuminated Christmas tree in Siggiewi
When you have a Christmas tree almost the same size as the neighbouring statue, you can definitely say that the town is feeling festive.
2. The famous Sliema tree looking dazzling
This dazzling tree unexpectedly catches your eye as you turn the corner - magical!
3. The Valletta fairy light archway
These arches form the perfect illuminated ceiling as you walk through Archbishop Street.
4. Bisazza Street stars and twirls
The decorations in Sliema's main shopping street are subtle yet pretty.
5. Shooting stars in Msida
In Msida, shining shooting stars are placed in a symmetrical manner all the way along the road.
