The Backyard Ultra is a race like no other where runners have to run a total of 6.7km at every start of the hour for as long as they possibly can.

Runners obviously start feeling tired and start tapping out or they can even be disqualified if they don’t manage to complete 6.7km in one hour.

Marko, however, was the last one standing and managed to run for 28 hours which means he ran a total of 187.77km.

At the 26th hour it was down between Marko and José Natera but ultimately Marko was the one still running.

Congratulations Marko!
