Voices across cultures! The New Victorians and multicultural choir in Christmas Chapel Hop around Malta
Beautiful vocals will fill chapels in Santa Venera, Qrendi, Valletta, and Zebbiegh

The sister duo behind the vocal powerhouse The New Victorians are back for the third edition of their ‘Christmas Chapel Hop’, bringing festive joy to chapels across Malta. This year’s event will take place in Santa Venera, Qrendi, Valletta, and Zebbiegh, on December 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th. For the first time, the singing duo will be joined by a multicultural choir, featuring voices from the Filipino, Ukrainian, and Nigerian communities in Malta, alongside local choir members and a live band.

Bettina Muchmore and Philippa Naudi of The New Victorians are collaborating with the Archbishop’s Delegate for Culture to present this exciting new chapter in their already beloved Christmas tradition. The sisters share their excitement, saying, ‘This edition of the Chapel Hop aims to transform the traditional church congregation into a more inclusive community. By bridging the past and present, and blending the sacred with the secular, we hope to revitalise these heritage sites with music and collaboration, embracing the rich complexity of contemporary Maltese society.’

Tickets for this highly anticipated event are expected to sell out quickly, so don't miss your chance! Grab yours now from the ShowsHappening website, and follow The New Victorians and the Archbishop’s Delegate for Culture on social media for updates and more information.

Will you be joining for the Christmas cheer this year?
