Malta Public Transport is organising special bus services for attendees of the highly anticipated André Rieu concerts, scheduled to take place at the Granaries in Floriana on the 1st and 2nd of September 2023. Recognized worldwide as the 'King of Waltz,' André Rieu's live performances are set to captivate audiences of all ages.

Malta Public Transport has planned the following bus services to match the concert schedule.

Route S10: Departures from Valletta Bay A2 at 11:45pm and 12am

General direction: Valletta – Paola – Bormla – Xghajra – Kalkara

Route S20: Departures from Valletta Bay A3 at 11:45pm, 11:55pm and 12:05am

General direction: Valletta – Gzira – San Gwann – Kappara – Msida

Route S30: Departures from Valletta Bay A4 at 11:45pm, 11:55pm and 12:05am

General direction: Valletta – Msida – Birkirkara – Iklin – Mosta – Bugibba 

Route S40: Departures from Valletta Bay A6 at 11:45pm and 12am

General direction: Valletta – Msida – Mosta – Mgarr – Ghajn Tuffieha

Route S41: Departures from Valletta Bay A5 at 11:45pm and 12am

General direction: Valletta – Birkirkara – Mosta – St. Paul’s Bay – Mellieha – Cirkewwa

Route N13: operating as per normal summer weekdays night schedule at 11:10pm, 11:20pm, 11:30pm, 11:40pm, 11:50pm, 12am, 12:10am, 12:30am, 12:50am, 1:10am, 1:30am

General direction: Valletta – Gzira – Sliema – Spinola – St. Julians – Paceville

The Special Services are part of the free public transport initiative aimed to encourage more people to travel by bus. All personalised Tallinja Card holders can travel free of charge, while cash tickets at €3 per passenger will be available for purchase from the Bus ticket Machine for any passengers who do not have a valid Tallinja Card. Visitors from abroad can also benefit from the Tallinja Explore Flex option, priced at €2.85 per trip.

In the event of any concert delays, the Bus Special Service departure times will be adjusted accordingly to align with the concert's conclusion.
