Time to hit the beach! Majority of Malta and Gozo’s beaches marked as safe to swim
Enjoy your Friday swim!

Good news for all those that feel like going for a dip as the majority of Malta and Gozo’s beaches have been completely marked as safe to swim in!

According to the weather page, ‘Maltese Islands Weather’, the only three beaches you should avoid are Fomm ir-Rih in Malta and Wied il-Ghasri and Dwejra in Gozo.

Apart from those three, Malta’s remaining beaches are completely safe to swim in. This means that there are no strong or rough currents in these beaches and there shouldn’t be any infestations of harmful jellyfish either.

The list might change as the day goes by and throughout the weekend. Click here to keep yourself updated on Malta and Gozo’s safe and unsafe beaches.
