Take note! Virtu Ferries cancels all trips between Sicily and Malta this coming Friday
The wind force is predicted to be too strong!

Virtu Ferries have taken to social media to announce that all trips between Pozzallo, Sicily and Valletta, Malta will be all be cancelled on Friday, 22nd December.

This is because the wind force is expected to increase significantly on the day making such trips unfeasible and dangerous.

To make up for the fact that no trips will be made on Friday, they have amended and added extra trip for tomorrow, Thursday, 21st December.

The schedule on Thursday will operate as follows:

Malta to Pozzallo - DEP 5am (Amended)

Malta to Pozzallo - DEP 7:30pm (Extra)

Malta to Pozzallo - DEP 12:30pm (Extra)

Pozzallo to Malta DEP 8pm (Extra)

Pozzallo to Malta DEP 2pm (Extra)

Pozzallo to Malta DEP 4pm (Amended)

For Saturday, 23rd December some trips might have to be rescheduled or cancelled, depending on the weather for the day.
