As you might know, Hamrun’s much-awaited Chocolate Festival will be happening tomorrow, after being postponed from last Saturday due to bad weather. The chocolate-filled event will take place from 6pm onwards at St Joseph High Street (or ‘Strada Rjali’) and the surrounding areas.

Hamrun’s Local Council has announced that, to accommodate the large number of attendees expected for this popular event, the parking areas of three schools in Hamrun will be available for use between 5pm on Saturday and 2am on Sunday.

The schools opening up their parking areas are Mikiel Anton Vassalli College (ex Maria Assunta) in Joseph Abela Scolaro Street, San Gorg Preca College (ex Maria regina) in Schembri Street, and San Gorg Preca (Liceo) in Wenzu Mallia Street.

Will you be attending the Hamrun Chocolate Festival this year?

25th October 2024
