After four and a half years, phase one of the restoration at Valletta’s Grand Master’s Palace is finally completed.

The magnificent palace has been totally revitalised!

Tonight, an inauguration will be held to commemorate the impressive work done on this historically rich palace.

The general public can watch the reponing of the palace live on TVM tonight at 6:30pm.

With an investment of 40million euros, this is the biggest project that Heritage Malta has ever undertaken since its inception.

The palace has a 450-year history, having been built by the Knights of St John. Since then, it has remained a central figure in Malta’s political story. It is now currently the seat of the Office of the President of Malta.
