From today, Monday 19th July, Maltese Health and Tourism Authorities will recognise the United States’ CDC Covid-19 Vaccination Record Card with an EMA-approved vaccine. This means that fully vaccinated US travellers can come to Malta upon presentation of this card.

Travellers must have the full vaccine course and must wait 14 days after the last dose. This Record Card will be accepted as a valid vaccination certificate.

Authorities also noted that from 1st August, the Record Card will need to be verified through a specific app in order for it to be accepted as a valid vaccination certificate. Details on this app will be issued soon.
