Malta & Gozo's top 5 shopping malls
While Malta & Gozo have always been more street retail kinds of places, these five shopping malls make the shopping experience all the more comfortable and convenient.

The Point Shopping Mall, Tigne, Sliema
Malta's largest car-free retail mall (over 14,000 square metres), The Point is an integral element in this newly developed urban area, perfectly exploiting its position as an extension to Sliema, Malta’s primary commercial centre. All this comes with the added convenience of a large adjacent car park, which completely removes a common hassle on the island. Products and services range from a carton of milk at Chain Food Store, to a high fashion branded dress from one of the numerous international fashion outlets.

The Plaza, Sliema
The Plaza is comfortable because it has a well-selected range of international branded shops within a manageable-sized mall. You don't feel overwhelmed when walking in here - instead, the focus can be on the shopping as you easily navigate your way through the four floors of retail. Apart from shops offering fashion, beauty, books, and toys, you can get your hair done here too - either at Toni & Guy Hairdressing salon or at the new Antonio's Barber Shop at Frank's, on level two. Lunch is not a problem either, with Subway on level two, Just Burger on level zero, or Dr Juice, Posh Nosh, and Wasabi Sushi Express on level one.

PAMA Shopping Village, Mosta
The very first shopping village of its kind, Pama includes a huge supermarket, a retail complex covering 5,000 square metres, and more than 30 outlets. Particularly of note is the island's only Hamleys toy store, and the enormous Zara Home outlet. The village's food option choice is ample - with everything from Burger King and KFC to Zen Sushi and Posh Turkish. Parking is free here to boot, with a total of 1,200 car spaces.

Bay Street Tourist & Shopping Complex, St Julian's
Grab a burger at Hard Rock Cafe or pick out an ensemble from Armani Jeans... right within the heart of Malta's thriving entertainment district. Bay Street Tourist & Shopping Complex offers an indoor/outdoor mix of high street brands, independent shops, restaurants, and even the four-star be.Hotel

The Duke Shopping Centre, Victoria, Gozo
Relative to Gozo's small size, this shopping centre is smaller than its Maltese counterparts, yet it still offers a number of the latest branded retail outlets, a fully-fledged food store, a stationery and a cafeteria, as well as the convenience of free parking.
