A trunk show like no other! Le Bazaar by Michele Tufigno opens in Rabat this November

Michele Tufigno, known for his impeccable taste in all things beautiful when it comes to interior design, will soon be sharing the beauty and redefining the meaning of the word ‘bazaar’ with his latest project – Le Bazaar.
The creative director and founder of Studio Tufigno recently launched a new Instagram page teasing what he calls a ‘specially curated trunk show featuring new and vintage items and objets, coming to a historic venue near you’. The announcement bubbled some excitement among followers of Malta’s design scene, and now, the wait is almost over.
Le Bazaar will officially launch on Saturday 29th November, at the Casino Notabile in Saqqajja, Mdina, opening its doors from 10AM onwards. Michele describes it as ‘a day for some good old festive shopping’ and promises an eclectic mix of treasures: ‘from mercury glass baubles and handwoven Uzbeki cushions to mink fur headbands and lapis lazuli cups that are perfect for sipping your Diet Coke in style’.
A respected name in Malta’s creative and cultural circles, Michele Tufigno is known for his work in interior decoration, arts consultancy, and curation through his Valletta-based practice, Studio Tufigno. His projects include the redecoration of historic residences and public buildings, as well as contributions to both local and international publications.
With Le Bazaar, Michele is once again inviting the public into his world of heritage and playful sophistication – and the pre-festive period is no better time to revel in the beauty it presents.
