Maltese photographer, Franco Aloisio has remarkably captured Mount Etna together and the Sicilian Hyblaean mountains overlooking Malta’s skyline.

The photo was taken on the 19th November 2023 at 9:45pm, all the way from Zurrieq.

Malta tallest buildings can be seen on each side as Europe largest active volcano commands the view right between them.

Franco explained that he used a 400mm telephoto lens and took the impressive shot by using exposure.

Well done Franco on such an incredible shot!
