Hot days ahead! Rising temperatures and a chance of blood rain for Malta this week
A chance of blood rain is predicted for three days this week!

It’s looking like this week is going to be a hot one! In fact, last weekend’s weather already gave us a sneak peek of what’s to come as last Sunday was indeed very warm and sunny.

This week, it’s looking like it’s not going to be any different when it comes to the rise in temperatures. According to Maltese Islands Weather, the lowest temperature is only set to decrease to 18°C in the evening.

Temperatures will rise above 25°C during all days this week with Thursday 16th May being the hottest day of them all, rising to 31°C with a real feel of 33°C.

However, while the temperatures are set to rise throughout the whole of this week, the weather is looking like it’s going to be cloudy with a heavy feeling and a chance of blood rain too! So, don’t wash your cars or your windows just yet!

To add to the eerie vibes that blood rain usually leaves on the islands, the wind is set to pick between Wednesday 15th and Thursday 16th, blowing at Force 6 to 7 from the East-Southeast to Northwest.

And, if you’re missing summer, you’ll be happy to know that the UV Index is showing that this season is just around the corner as it will rise to the fairly high number of 8 this week!

Are you looking forward to the high temperatures this week?
