Given that 35,000 attendees are expected for the much-awaited Ed Sheeran concert tomorrow, heavy traffic is expected around the Ta’ Qali area. For this reason, the organisers have published a Traffic Management Plan and a list of important information to keep in mind when planning your journey to the concert.

  1. Where possible, use shuttle services and arrange group bookings for priority drop-off and pick-up close to the entrance.
  2. Familiarise yourself with the Traffic Management Plan and follow all instructions from the officials and signage on the ground.
  3. Avoid using private cars to travel to the event, as available parking areas will be very limited. Carpooling or alternative transportation are strongly encouraged due to the heavy traffic predicted at the event.
  4. If using the shuttle service, make sure you have your ticket with you as no one will be accepted to board if the ticket is not presented. Transport will leave at 5:30 PM sharp from all locations so plan ahead.
  5. Ticket holders for the accessibility area have received guidance via email and must enter through the Accessibility Entrance. Specific parking arrangements have also been organised.
  6. Attendees with reduced mobility will be assisted by on-site officials for drop-offs and pick-ups close to the entrance – keep your blue badge with you, ready to present at drop-off. Safe pick-up points are close from the main entrance, after the event, follow guidance from officials on site.
  7. Cabs have a designated area for pick-ups and drop-offs at the farmers market parking. Cabs will not be allowed in any other zones, except for blue badge holders, who will be accommodated close to the entrance as mentioned above (on presentation of blue badge) and as per the site plan.
  8. The main entrance for Standing A, Standing B, Seated X, and Seated Z ticket holders is from the MFCC North Gate by the Ta' Qali outdoor gym. No other ticket holders will be allowed through this entry. Accessibility ticket holders have a separate entrance which has been communicated directly to such holders.
  9. Attendees are encouraged to follow the greatt and NnG socials for major announcements and alerts.
