Forecast shift! Cooler weather and unstable days set to hit Malta & Gozo for the rest of February

Happy Monday! After a super sunny Sunday, things might change for the next two February weeks.

According to a recent update from t update from the popular Facebook page Maltese Islands Weather, the latter part of February is anticipated to bring about a shift in weather patterns, with preliminary forecasts suggesting a cooler and more unstable period compared to the earlier weeks of the month.

These indications hint at a notable change as the month progresses, particularly towards its conclusion. It is predicted that Tuesday 20th February and Wednesday 21st will bring with it isolated showers with a minimum temperature of 12°C. Wind is also expected to pick during these two days, blowing at a Force 5 to 6.

While Thursday and Friday seem to be partly cloudy, the weekend is set to bring with it slight chances of rain from Saturday afternoon onwards, with a minimum temperature of 11°C falling on Sunday.

The maximum temperature throughout the whole week will rise to 18°C on Friday 23rd February.

We’ll just have to wait and see what the weather will bring this week. Although it’s looking like we’ll have a colder end to February, anything can happen!
