Festive facades! Malta prepares for Christmas with lights, wreaths and nutcrackers

As Christmas approaches, Malta is slowly transforming into a festive wonderland, with decorative lights in the streets and Nativity scenes popping up in various localities – and even on some traffic roundabouts!

The locals are also doing their part, adorning their homes both inside and out with twinkling lights, wreaths, and other familiar (and not-so-familiar!) Christmas motifs. If you haven’t decorated yet, here’s some inspiration:
