Fernando Gastrotheque, a renowned dining establishment known for its exceptional cuisine, is delighted to introduce Chef George Attard as its new Sous-Chef. With a stellar culinary background and a wealth of experience, George brings his remarkable skills to enhance the already impressive culinary team at Fernando.

Having honed his craft at prestigious 5-star hotels in the local scene, George's culinary journey took him further afield to establishments of great repute. He sharpened his expertise at "The Kitchin," a one-star Michelin and five AA award-winning restaurant in Edinburgh.

His passion for excellence also led him to Cail Bruich in Glasgow, where his contributions played a pivotal role in achieving a coveted Michelin Star for the restaurant.

In recent years, George's culinary prowess has been showcased at Bahia in Malta, where his dedication and skill were instrumental in maintaining the restaurant's Michelin Star for two consecutive years.

With his exceptional talent and wealth of experience, Fernando is poised to offer an even more unforgettable dining experience to its esteemed guests.
