This two-hour grief workshop provides a gentle, supportive space to explore loss through reflection, movement, and shared presence. Facilitated by Ruth Borg and Sara Amin Omran, the session combines artistic, somatic, and therapeutic approaches to create a calm environment where grief can be met with tenderness and respect. Part of the Just for Today exhibition-project supported by Arts Council Malta and Rosa Kwir, the workshop is designed for adults looking to navigate grief in its many forms, whether recent, ongoing, or anticipated.
Participants can expect a non-judgmental atmosphere focused on body awareness, guided journaling, and nervous-system regulation. All activities are invitational and can be adapted to individual needs, with no expectation to resolve or fix the experience of loss. Taking place at Rosa Kwir on April 11th, the event offers two session options with limited capacity to ensure a personal and fulfilling experience for all attendees.
