From the 21st till the 23rd of June, Fondazzjoni Wirt Artna – the Malta Heritage Trust will be hosting The Saluting Battery Annual History Book Sale. A vast selection of new military history, general history, maritime, aviation, children’s, WWI and WWII books will be available to purchase at special prices. The Fair is going to be held at the Saluting Battery, Valletta. During the fair we will be hosting guided tours of the Battery. A great event for all the family.
The standard admission fee of €3 will be refunded upon purchasing €10 or more worth of books. Admission is FREE for children and F.W.A. members. Entrance for the event is through the Upper Barrakka Gardens or Battery Street. All proceeds will go towards the restoration and upkeep of the Saluting Battery and FWA's artillery collection.
