Come enjoy the ancient practice of Yoga combined with Stand Up Paddle Boarding! These classes take your favorite yoga routines and put them on the water! Yoga practice brings balance and restores all bodily systems by creating physical, mental and spiritual harmony. Both yoga and stand up paddle boarding are great for building better balance, coordination, endurance, body strength and is great for increasing fitness and even weight loss!
No experience of yoga, SUP or SUP yoga is necessary for this class. Your certified SUP Yoga teacher Merve Yigit will guide you through a practice that starts slowly, letting you get used to the floating surface. You will then move into a more dynamic flow before slowing down to cool off with restorative postures and the greatest Savasana you’ve ever experienced (truly!).
Sky above you, sea below you, surrounded by nature, sun and salt… What could be more blissful?
SUP Yoga class is approximately 45 minutes and 45 minutes paddling around the island.
In addition to this you get to have a little fun, perhaps get a little bit wet and learn to have a laugh at yourself when you get the wobbles.
