As eaters, we fail to see the connection between the food on our plates, and the process that makes this food possible.
SACRED FOOD is creating a series of “Round Table” style workshops where we come together to explore the depth of our connection with food, uncover our beliefs, free ourselves from fears, and establish a new food paradigm customised to each individual.
The “Round Table” format is designed to create a space of self-awareness. equality and empowerment, where each of us can share and inspire one another. We believe we are all unique beings and have much inherent wisdom to bring to the table.
This workshop is for YOU if:
You wish to initiate or improve your home cooking.
You want to take your relationship with food back into your own hands.
You struggle with dieting.
You want to get back in touch with your body.
The first event will take place in Dar Ix-Xemx, Nadur, Gozo, on February 29th, Saturday.
In order to enjoy the experience and dive deep with everyone, there will be space for no more than 8 people.
