Exciting culinary accolades are set to grace Malta this November as the island prepares to host the prestigious S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy Competition 2024. This global initiative is renowned for discovering and nurturing the world’s most talented young chefs, offering them a platform to showcase their culinary skills.

Victor Borg, a prominent figure in Malta's culinary scene, joins esteemed judges from Greece, Poland, Romania, and Slovenia to evaluate aspiring chefs under 30. Competitors will be impressed with their signature dishes, judged on technical skill, creativity, and culinary philosophy.

The South Europe and Mediterranean Regional Final will see the local jury select a regional winner who will advance to the grand finale in Milan 2025, competing for the coveted global S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy Award.

Alongside this prestigious title, special accolades such as the S.Pellegrino Social Responsibility Award, the Acqua Panna Connection in Gastronomy Award, and the Fine Dining Lovers Food for Thought Award will also be presented.

Food enthusiasts and aspiring chefs alike are invited to witness this gastronomic event.
