The Inquisitor's Palace is an architectural gem spanning centuries and styles. The extant building preserves late medieval elements but was moulded in its present iteration following numerous enlargements and modifications between the 1530s and the 1730s. Apart from the careful reconstructions of the most representative original ambiences, the palace hosts thematic exhibitions on popular religious devotions in Malta.
