In the middle of the Ta’ Cenc plateau stands a temple dating back to around 4100-3000 BC. Borg l-Imramma Temple is a typical temple with a doorway facing south west and an oval courtyard. Experts find it unique for its small, near circular chambers opening off it on all sides.
