Will any new Maltese restaurant be awarded the coveted Michelin Star this year?
All will be revealed on 17th February, when the seventh edition of the Malta Michelin Guide is published.
In case you needed a reminder (or if you want to impress your significant other on Valentine’s), six Maltese restaurants currently have a single Michelin star; these are Fernandõ Gastrotheque, De Mondion, Noni, Rosamì, Under Grain and Le GV.
ION Harbour by Simon Rogan is the only Maltese establishment with two Michelin stars.
