SABBAGATA is a family-run restaurant led by chef and owner Salvatore Pavone, whose passion for cooking began nearly 30 years ago in his native Sicily. Originally from Zafferia, a small village in Messina, Salvatore brings decades of hands-on culinary experience and a strong connection to his Sicilian roots. After successfully running restaurants in Italy, he moved with his family to Malta, where he continued his culinary journey. Today, together with his wife and dedicated team, Salvatore brings SABBAGATA to life through his passion for authentic flavours, quality ingredients and welcoming hospitality.
