At the heart of this collection lies a dynamic interplay between planes and the commanding presence of light, which takes center stage - both figuratively and literally. The backgrounds, far from being passive, emerge as vital components of the overall tableau. As work on the series has progressed, objects within her compositions have become more minimal, serving as mere catalysts for the brilliance of light, shadow, and reflection.
