The Mdina Cathedral Museum’s formation is rooted in a graceful baroque building which was meant to serve as a seminary and is presently housing the treasures which belong to the Metropolitan Cathedral of Malta.  A visit to the Cathedral Museum would not be complete without appreciating the building itself which is a monumental complex of Maltese baroque splendour.
