Malta’s first Buddha-Bar opens its doors in St Julian’s!

Malta’s first Buddha-Bar has officially opened its doors in the heart of St Julian’s.

Located in St Augustine Street, right next to Bay Street, Buddha-Bar serves Asian-inspired food designed to share, from kushiyaki and sushi to wagyu and foie gras gyoza and a wide range of mains.

Its specialised cocktail list includes drinks with pretty unique flavours, such as green curry vodka, mango cheesecake, lactic popcorn, and melon sake.

The venue can accommodate around 250 guests.

Its opening marks the arrival of a globally recognised brand, which was set up in Paris in 1996 before expanding to to destinations including Dubai, Monte-Carlo, Prague, Marrakech and Mykonos.

Buddha-Bar Malta was brought to the island through a collaboration between Azzopardi Group and Salv Group, following an investment of more than €6 million.
